HI JEROME,

I think global demand is growing nicely.

That combined with Opec controlled production and the collapse of Venezuelan oil and Libyan oil has given us a balance in production.

I agree that Aramco wants the price of oil to be higher for their IPO.

With peak driving season for both The Americas and Europe yet to begin to see WTI approach 75 and Brent top 80.00.

I have no doubt banks are making loans to oil companies. Both the Permian and Eagle Ford (which are in south and west Texas) are the lowest cost tight oil deposits with very large LNG as biproducts of the drilling / fracing process.

The liquid gasses find plenty of pipelines that bring it to the Houston ship channel where the worlds petrochemical production plants are.

There is a global rush to that area for producing plastics and the many hydrocarbon products that are derived from the liquid gasses. Cheap energy and close proximity to the source gasses has really started many huge plants being built on the Houston Ship Channel.

Plus Chenierre is now exporting LNG from their Louisiana plant with a deep water port.

Sadly my Mom passed this last June 12th. She had a hernia operation that was quite serious and it did not go well. She passed quickly and we were all able to express our final appreciations and love.

Fortunately Jan and I bought mom's place this September 5th so we intend to keep both our Houston home and the Wisconsin farm.

It really keeps me bust, but I've been doing for the last 7 years - so I pretty much know what's involved.

My school project has pretty much been completed so it time to start the rework on Mom's place.

I've also finished up a restoration on my 1978 corvette - so I've had some nice completions of big things to do.

Had a great garden but it was delayed as the peak planting season was right when Mom had her health issues and of course they took the higher priority.

She lived a long life of over 98.5 years - I was so sure she would hit 100.

Strange how something from the blind side of everyones expectations can take one when they are that old.

I was there when she passed as I was with my father. My Dad showed me how to die (at 85) and my Mom showed me how to age.

I have been blessed with wonderful caring parents who lived a long good life and we renewed our long term relationships in those later years.

So I've become a retired gardener, who hunts ducks and deer and try to go fishing whenever I get a chance (but do not own a boat YET!!!

Thanks for asking and it is good to hear you've recovered and are posting again.

Bob
