| | | that's why I do not drink milk. I cook with lots of heavy whipping cream which has pretty much no carbs. I get all of the supposed good stuff from milk in spinach and other veggies and limited dressings. I make my own bone-broth, usually chicken, which is teaming with awesome vitamins and minerals. True about the probiotics, but I "grow them" naturally by not eating junk so they occur naturally and are not killed by bad bacteria/junk. And I feed them with delicious uncooked oatmeal (resistant-starch) .. and bone-broth. Still testing all of this out as I am only a month into my serious, life-diet change .. and loving it! I feel so good about my body and lost weight and light feeling that it drives me to continue eating delicious fats, etc. I advise anyone dreading this change, to just set a short-term goal .. one month to stick with it strict and your life will be changed .. no more cravings and less weight that stays off.
