That's actually quite good considering how poorly some folks take care of themselves. It's sad to look around at people who are literally killing themselves.

Although we can't change our genetics, there are many factors we can control with a little willpower. Diet, exercise, smoking, pollution exposure, stress, social support, driving habits, etc. are all things under our control which can directly improve our longevity.

I frankly don't believe the age it calculated for me (107) but I appreciate the suggestions it provides. The thought of living another 34 years from age 73 is frankly scary.
