Hi traveler.

I sold some puts that were just a litle above the current price like 32's would be now.

Look at how far out you have to go in time to get a 32 put premium for 1.00. Look at the put time period on the weeklies.

If you can get a buck on a 32 put for the next 45 - 60 days- you net out 31.00.
2.00 dividend on a net purchase price of 31. = 6.45%

Today July 27's 32 puts had a bid ask of 92 to 95 cents. Just a little price swing and YOU'LL CLIP A BUCK ON A DIP.

On the 7/9 T will pay a 50 cent dividend - maybe the open of that day wild reflect the payment in the dividend and get a dip?

Earnings are out on the 24th
