HI jerome,

I own most of my stocks for years and do listen to the webcasts religiously.

When a CEO loses forward vision or a decline in backlog - they either sugar coat it and or just get real and say I'm not sure.

Although I never like to hear about business slowing - I do like to own stocks where management is straight up and admits that future orders are being pushed out.

So far I've heard that from Lrcx,Cohu, and Brks in the semi equipment.

None of them have said a peak is in - but all of them have said a deferment in orders is being seen as the smaller nodes are being more difficult to get high yields from.

Just because a fabs road map says so and so will be done by August does not mean they will be always on schedule.

I believe that is happening in the semi leading edge technology right now.

In between a lot of tier II fabs are increasing Capex and upgrading an installed owner base with faster / better equipment.

Moore's Law may not be dead but it is getting harder and more expensive to continue.

Bob
