Bob, I've been following your Agricultural endeavors with interest, as it's way beyond anything I've done. Out of curiosity, you must produce a great deal of surplus annually. Do you donate lots to local charities, shelters, food banks, etc.? I had a landlord in California many, many years ago who had 4-5 avocado trees. They produced far more than he could use. When we rented his apartment he admonished us "do not touch those avocados" as he contracted with one of the huge distributors for every thing his trees produced.
