Hi Ken,

Yes I work very hard processing it.

Between my two homes neighbors, friends and partners/employees - I give it all away.

I've been blessed with a country home in Wisconsin where my Mom lived. The last 8 years I was her caretaker and built a garden box every year.

So I take some to the elderly in my little town of Howards Grove. I swap some out for veggies I don't grow or can. Mostly have a list of elderly people who can no longer garden anymore. When my mom went to an assisted care facility before she passed last year - she stayed in a home. Very nice and small - only 12 people. They looked forward to my salsa and sauerkraut plus any over harvest of fresh veggies.

It is a fun thing to do and in a small way - I try to pay back those who helped me get an education that has paid off. During most of my work career I was very self-centered as I had partners that expected a high level of profitability.

I'm hopeful of changing that lifestyle to one of being a bit more generous and less self interested.

Good for the sole I guess.

Bob
