Lower rates ALSO screwed those of us who contributed to the Social Security Trust Fund as that can only invest in government bonds.... so the low rates means they will come after our money sooner with taxation. My guess is Obama got a pension for his government work and makes so much in paybacks for being an ex POTUS that he doesn't care if his Social Security benefits are slashed by taxation or worse.
