Hey Bob....clarify a few things...... Those conservative people who have savings are deserving of a return from their money! Like What????....Do we need more welfare for the wealthy? In the long run - that is how it should be. Says Who????....besides Bob and Kirk..... cept The FED is an independent agency.....that pays scant or no attention to what Presidents want. I expect that it will stay that way.....The President appoints the Head of the FED....and after that its out of his hands.... Almost like a Supreme Court appointee. except the FED chairman term lasts 4 years. A normal FED term is 14 years. The FED has its own bylaws and rules.They raise or lower interest rates as they see fit. They do not consult with this President nor with any past President.
