Hi w0z, Thanks - I've always been frustrated that that story never made it out into the public. Bankers kept their mouth's shut and wrote off the bad loans and paid no taxes. Then the politicians had the gaul to fine them. Story needs to be told. Listening to many minority Congressman questioning Powell for the Fed Chair continued to want more minority mortgage loosening of stipulations. The fools still have not learned how to help their constituents - get a job and education, save up a down payment - work the banks hard for a low rate in a 15 year mortgage and pay it off early! SHEESH Credit is most easily extended to those who hate it the most! <smile> Bob
