Well, Hillary would never have won in any event, but you are right that there is no reason a Hillary investigation should have been re-opened. There was never anything to investigate. She flagrantly and nonchalantly violated serious laws that she was quite well aware of. She was simply caught out, guilty and should have been in jail.
