That fruit is called Durian.
Prized stuff in China, grown in SE Asia
Supposed to smell very bad but taste very good.

I've seen it in some supermarkets in NYC.
Fairly pricey.

For those who want to be evil, they also sell durian essence.

Korean "aphrodisiac" is better (never tried the Chinese style that you mentioned)

Ginseng.

Tastes good and has many health benefits besides the purported one just mentioned.
Some health benefits have actually been verified by modern science.
The ginseng, not the tiger wee wee.
