I was mentoring a group of 18 to 22 year olds They asked me what to eat to be in my shape? I told them eggs for breakfast . Fried ,hard boiled, omlets, egg salad. Low carb , high protein, real fat, no fake fats , no sugars real or fake. They than asked "How do you make hard boiled eggs?" I said you boil water and put the eggs in the boiling water for 4 minutes. Not one of these students could do this. They had never learned how to boil water. Unfortunatly this is true. One of these kids is a top college basketball coach today! He tells me none of his players can feed themselves.
