Good article. He missed one that I BELIEVE has already happened.
Near the culmination of all great stock market bubbles, at least one of that cycle’s supposed luminaries suffers an epic collapse because of fraud.
I wrote about it in a newsletter last year that I BELIEVE this cycle's bubble was BitCoin and other crypto currencies. They even fit your definition

As a result, fresh capital is restricted from that sector when it is needed most, leading to further crisis and a winnowing out of the sector as competitors cannot raise additional capital.
as I believe many brokers won't even let their customers buy it on their platform!

A bit over a year ago on Christmas day my cousin's then 28 year old son was excited to tell me he was doing well with bitcoin at nearly $20,000. I told him I prefer SPY as a much safer investment and with his long time frame, he could see "good enough" upside in the long run.... Fast forward this year and he said he's stopped investing in it... didn't say much more but he's still dating the same gal that works at a Crypto currency company in SF and she was there so I didn't say much more or even "I told ya!"

Other than that, I agree a lot of companies have no real value but I just stay away.... and actually a collapse that takes $1M off the value of my home would be great as it might mean another mass exodus from the Bay Area and it would be pleasant to drive again.
