Expect to see many more BKs among, large, publicly traded corps. in the next 5 yrs. Probably record numbers. Why? We know there're - at least dozens - of, now, very shaky BBB ratings created in large part by the widespread orgy of ill advised corporate stock buybacks near their cycle price highs of the past year or two. Those BBBs will downgrade to BB junk status as economic growth slows, in the years ahead, even without a major recession. Not a question of if, only of when....
