Nice! It was fun to see the pictures Jan posted. It sure looked like she had fun too. How do you calculate 6.71% on KMI? Did you sell a $15 put for about $3 long ago? It was only under $15 briefly so that would make sense. I'd be upset if the put holder decided to hold on and not sell you the stock... which is another reason I like stocks directly but I've read you make good income $ as a seller of both puts and calls over the long term just for giving up the rare home run opportunity. I'm getting about 2.4% on cash in NEARLY risk free money funds in my IRA accounts where dividend vs regular interest tax rates don't matter. Kirk
