Hi Kirk,

KMI has a weird dividend increase implementation time.

They pay the first quarter at the previous years rate and then bump it up for the Q2.

Getting them assigned after the ex dividend date sneaks me in, when most view the dividend as being at 80 cents.

But the next ex date (which I'll be in before) will be the first Q to be paying .25 / quarter.

I've owned KMI for years now.

One of those utility like stocks that everyone needs when a recession comes.

When you have a gas hot water heater - you pay the bill. <smile>
