Hi Linda, The Foolish 4 is a Motley Fool adaptation of a method described in the book "Beating the DOW" by Michael O'Higgins. It is explained in great detail on the Motley Fool website. I'm not too sure that this approach would work for you. The whole premise is that you buy these 4 stocks and don't touch them or worry about them for at least a year. Sometimes you seem a little to impatient for an approach like this. Bernie
