Linda,
I have been working with the DOW discipline for about 4 years, and with AIM for about 2 and a half years. Both disciplines seem to be working for me.
What I find interesting is that when I get a little discouraged because one seems to be working better than the other, they switch gears on me.
I am an extremely impatient person myself so these periods of discouragement occur rather frequently.
I find that both of these DISCIPLINES temper my impatience because over the long run they both do their things very well. So while I may champ at the bit I manage to control the urges of fear and greed.
This causes my wife to chuckle and make all sorts of sarcastic remarks because she knows how impetuous I am. She also remarks at how well I manage to control myself.
Bernie
