We can't protect people from their own incredible stupidity... The boiling water copycat thing is a case of monkey see, monkey do... When I was a little kid and I wanted to do something really stupid, my mother would always ask me why I would want to do that... I would tell her that Johnny or Feddy or one of my friends did it, she would then ask me if Freddy jumped from the roof would you do it??? It stopped me cold in my tracks and I realized how stupid it was even to think about doing... I never forgot that valuable life lesson... But here we are again, monkey see, monkey do... GZ
