MSFT. 2 ways to view it.

Here's it's RSI using PNF. It's at 2.78 ish.

So if one wanted to be positive they can see the 3.1 ish and would add 2 boxes of X's. That's apprx 10%

Could it go higher. Sure over time but this pattern would suggest the stock needed a rest and generally when MSFT gets ahead of itself while at times it can surprise to the up as it did back in 2007 Oct earnings. It also dropped back to earth crushing those holding calls long. I say that as one who was LONG and caught the surprise but learned the lesson don't get cute with MSFT. They can push it.

So now let's see what the trend chart suggests. HINT it supports that 10% up.

BUT keep in mind it also suggests that when the RSI runs out of gas one should expect a retrace to at LEAST where it dropped in DEC. Although I'm projecting lower but NOT as low as I first considered. Which is why one has to decide how long they want to hold as well as be willing to walk away.
