The bears might make hay with this "Total US Stock Market" index fund testing its 2018 top before the 21% bear market. But do I see we are in the top tip of a bullish "football" continuation pattern? If I look back at my sentiment and other charts, we haven't seen the sort of combinations since twice in the 1990s where the markets (not just my tech stocks that were the majority of my portfolio back then) went much higher, much quicker than anyone I was paying attention to back then predicted.
