HI,

This may turn out to be a pretty good short. May take a bit of time. This article is pretty devastating: seekingalpha.com . This stuff is ground up peas with various extracts. High in salt. High in fat..they disguise that in their nutrition ads. Protein to fat ratio is much worse than beef. And they sell this stuff for $12 a pound. This is what's in it:

Disclosure: I sell beef...some by auction, some direct to customers. $5.50 a pound...includes all the cuts. And my ingredients are simple: BEEF. Just amusing myself a little here but really, this product ain't going to make it. I love these liberal ideas of saving the planet...just pony up $12 a pound. I work direct with a lot of families that really are on a tight budget. They wouldn't begin to buy something like this.
