Thanks Ski, well thought out advice. The business is RV parts and repairs, motor homes, 5th wheels, Pick up campers ect. It's a niche and highly specialized business. Finding a partner to run it, that would be equal to my 35 plus years experience. Would be hard. I started the business in 1983, it almost failed at the start. I didn't know everything I needed to know. One of my competitors closed up 2 years ago, he tried to hire someone to run it for him. It didn't work, the business immediately suffered without him there to push everything forward. He ended up selling the real estate and shutting down. I don't know what I'm going to do yet. I'll think through all the angles I can.
