The jet stream is constantly changing. The tilt of the earth's axis is also changing. It wobbles. Also, the earth's magnetic pole is changing. It is shifting to the west. This all affects the jet stream. This argument is all well known science, but it is not taught much in the midst of the hoax that is AGW. That would not help the fraudsters control the narrative. The entire narrative is really about resource sharing, and the fact that oil & gas fossil fuels by themselves can not supply the world's hungry demands for energy. So the developed nations are being asked to take it on the chin and help alleviate some of the demand for fossil fuels so less developed nations can have cheaper access to them. This is standard political science that I was taught in the 70s. It was planned all along. We are just seeing it unfold.
