W.S. big bank, "Sell Side" analysts are paid to get the average investor fully invested near major market tops and hold the bag all the way down. They then convince you to sell near major bottoms. Other side of those trades are:

1. Their big $$ corporate & exchange insider clients.

2. Independent professional traders and market analysts who work for themselves AND, if they sell their advice, their clients.
