KramerDaClown that started his show with honking sounds... has a video somewhere where he admits to illegal market manipulation while running his fund. I got in trouble once in the distant past from linking to it or embedding it somewhere so I'm a bit careful now. My guess is most of those clowns can't make more than risk adjusted index returns legally as they were trained as lawyers not electrical, mechanical or petroleum engineers who can see what they can't.
