Several years go I had a friend who retired and moved to Pahrump, Nevada. When asked "why in the world would you want to move to Pahrump, NV?" his answer was prompt and confident. "Before I die I'll own ocean front property." Fast forward... he died and didn't own.... maybe his grandchildren will?? L O L
