Tim, That's my point. SystemSoft only recently got the idea for SystemWizard. It's only been in the last 6-9 months that they proclaimed themselves and their product (yet to be released) as the defacto standard in help desk products. When CyberMedia first released FirstAid for 95, it left a lot to be desired. Since that time however it has matured significantly, due mostly in part to customer feedback. I also believe that while SystemWizard has potential, it is a year behind CyberMedia's FirstAid. I'd also like to point out that while SystemWizard's database is being constructed from OEM's Technical Bulletins, it does not include the wealth of technical data CyberMedia has accumulated since it's market inception. Just my 2 cents to help small investors... -BH
