I have to say, Kirk, I think Bob is making some sense here. I wonder why you put up with it. On the other hand I did live in Ca for awhile and I understand the high points. Particularly the climate. A hot day in San Diego was about 78, a cold day about 72....something like that. And all that beautiful water. Para sailing on what passes for lakes in this dry land would be a very sad let down.

Lots of your neighbors moving into NM right now.

My friends run a business selling metal barns, sheds, carports, etc as add ons to property. They are booming. Report to me every week on the "incredible checkbooks" of the new folk moving in with amazed voices. We poor folk back here! So outsiders showing up with money are cause for excitement. With you guys' house values back there you could buy a large ranch out here...I mean a few thousand acres!
