Land is valued on square footage and how much you are allowed to build on it.

Palo Alto has the highest price per sq ft of land due to small lots and building codes that let them pretty much fill the lots compared to Los Altos.

San Francisco is so diverse... but interesting to look at what $750K buys you vs $7.5M

Property taxes are set at the time you buy based on purchase price then they can only go up 2% a year no matter how much fake inflation the government creates.
