Wow, very interesting to see what real estate goes for there. It seems I would need about $3M for my current home, which I downsized to about 2 years ago, and around $7M for my previous home. I can't even imagine the taxes... For comparison, in the neighborhood Fred Smith lives in (founder of FedEx), 4-7 million would get you a very significant estate - main house, guest house, pool, tennis court, barn, horses, lake, etc. Crazy how different things can be.
