Well, he's kinda been saying that forever.

If you invested properly, you've ALREADY taken advantage of it in the "off the books inflation" that we've seen in quality land where you can get a high paying job.

It was my MAIN reason to justify buying a place in 1994 on quality land near Stanford to get my girlfriend to move in with me. (She wanted to be close enough to her job in Palo Alto to ride her bike on nice days.)

I tried to get some of my best friends to invest this way but the bears scared them out. They'll blame others or not speak of is so I don't say much now but....

Another reason was you can live on the land, enjoy it AND save on rent... all things you don't get buying gold or other traditional "inflation assets."

Have cash at all times and buy some land with the excess.
