They didn't say and I heard there was a lot of pressure on employees to keep quiet. Given personal experience and some of the clues, it would not surprise me if it was a substance abuse issue with the leave a stint in rehab then he "didn't make it" which often means death at his own hand. I hope not but it is often the case when there is this much secrecy.
