Re: Lawsuit

In truth, just how many of these "class action" lawsuits ever come to fruition. You always hear about them as the charges are being made, but has anyone out there ever actually collected more than a couple of dollars in one of these types of suits? If so, please let us hear from you as I'm sure I'm not the only one who is a little skeptical at the moment. It's been my experience in past instances that even when a class action suit is well founded, very little financial impact is ever realized by the "class" ( the shareholders), the lawsuits drag on for years, and the only ones to make out are the attorneys themselves.
The so called "shareholders rights" attorneys have become the ambulance chasers of the decade -true scum! We should mount a campaign to counter-sue these guys if they fail to collect anything less than 5 times the fees they incur while acting in "our" behalf. Because in the mean time the only ones they are actually "protecting" is their client with the large short position. This time fellas, it's going to backfire!
