Hi Kirk, Agilent was the first and only IPO I ever participated in. There disciplined eye to only participate in high margin businesses is one of the best I've ever seen. The keys spin off was off my radar, until you mentioned it and then I saw Cohu do a joint venture with them. Decades ago a past CEO of Cohu told me he dreamed of Cohu going into a merger acquisition with A. I've always worried about the day when Cohu's temperature control was no longer needed (photons replacing electrons). That seems to be a way off but photonic integrated circuits have been a round a long time - and are advancing more and more.KVHI had a high frequency modulator 15 years ago (defense apllications). Good to see Cohu working with those who are advancing PICs. Bob
