Read closely Dale, all I discussed in my note was the issue of publically admitting a sexual relationship with a female that was denying it.

Stick to the single subject. If you can't frame an position on this single issue, just admit it and then we'll go on to another discussion.

I am somewhat Victorian in nature. I believe it is wrong to sully a woman'a reputation publically! I would state that regardless of the political party of the people involved.

I also think that as a nation, we need to cease our continued interest in the President's sex life. Unless of course, it can be proved that a strong and capable sex drive makes for a strong and capable President.

Clearly, the President can not win on this issue. Damned if he did and damned if he didn't. The republicans can be pound their chest (but not their girl friends) for putting the president in such a position. Imagine the uproar you could create if he had said he did have an affair with her, while she was denying it! You could really dammed him even more for destroying a "good woman's" reputation and good character! And, imagine the additional uproar you could create if she continued to deny it even after such a statement on his part

Great political chaff, but hardly important, really.
