HI Kim, I think it is fed spin. QE is QE and every time the fed has had QE - equities advanced. The fed is printing money vs. lowering rates. Both have a declining value of Dollar effect. Powell is quoted to say the repo funding is not QE. Most savvy people say "RIGHT?" and buy equities. <smile> Bob
