The value of Tesla over most of the others that have smaller market caps... I see is the "big data" of all those cars accumulating sensor info for self driving mode.
Has anyone asked themselves why TSLA has received preferential treatment from the Chinese when the Chinese have over 1500 electric car companies operating there? It sure isn't because they love Elon. There are other forces at work.

Perhaps the Chinese are requiring Tesla to share that data... but it is a very good question.

but is it worth more than GM and catching up with Volkswagon/Porsche/Audi?
