Afterall, this is Clinton's term, not his...anyone know the specifics of term limits? It came up in the case of Lyndon Johnson. If the sitting president has served more than half his term, and is then replaced (for whatever reason: death, resignation, impeachment), new president (former vp) can run two more times. Johnson, of course, got into trouble with Vietnam and chose not to run for a second (elected) term.
