I would suggest that the reason Starr is willing to deny immunity to Monica is that he has enough physical evidence without her testimony. For example, fingerprints on the 'talking points' document which Tripp has already turned over. In addition, this is but one component in an investigation that has been ongoing for years. I believe Starr has a lot of other evidence that has yet to see the light of media scrutiny. Slicky boy is busted, lets hope he doesn't do anything really crazy like find an excuse for declaring martial law or sending our boys out to die in some foreign land so he can keep control of the football. And I don't mean the pigskin. Myself, I am looking for ways to profit in the expected chaos in the markets should they still be around. Good luck to us all.
