Yes, that's true. Though as I understand it there's a good deal of doubt whether such evidence would be considered admissable by the judge hearing the trial. He should, however, not have denied it. I think he should simply have said that his personal life was none of their business. Am not clear about whether one is required to answer ANY question at all when under oath. I would guess not, however.

If that were not possible he should just have said yes. Remember, Monica hasn't charged any sort of harassment, so what "pattern of behavior" are we talking about? Seducing the help? Not a crime as long as it's consensual.
