It could be... I might consider a test of the low rather than bottom fish. I have no need to add risk to a portfolio doing great with a ton of tech stocks as largest positions soaring... As it is, there is a fairly major H&S breakdown that I would probably want to see a bounce take out the neckline going back to the upside, rather than testing it from below, before I'll get excited. The downside target, sadly, is off the bottom of the chart....
