Maybe, but for now, it looks like if you zoom in that the pattern has already been tested once from below. Given the risk, I have other stocks I'll add to first I think. Also, if people are buying for the dividend, it means more risk in my portfolio for rising rates... I've done so well with REITs for income, I keep taking profits there to limit that risk. But, clearly buying now would be a great contrarian play, I've just gotten better at waiting for the TA to help rather than hinder.
