f President Clinton resigns or gets impeached, everything he's worked for including the IMF billions of $$$$ to save Indonesia,etc,etc will be in serious jeopardy and believe me the markets will crash. We shal see. I do expect he will resign or be impeached. Your theory will likely be tested. Glenn
