XOM sure looks like a tobacco stock in how much it is hated. It is testing its 2010 low and has a double H&S breakdown. I'd probably want to see a rally above both necklines (to void the patterns) with a test from above before considering now. How much oil will they burn in China if they stay shutdown until the summer heat slows the Coronavirus?
