...thank God you are not in charge of national spending!!! If I were in charge of national spending, the TRILLIONS of $$ we have pissed away on welfare (& ALL give-aways) would have been spent by the citizens of the US who EARNED the money, not by the liberals & democrats aka race hustling poverty pimps. If you want to read some history, check out what happens to EVERY nation/society when the level of corruption in the Gov't rises and the citizenry looks the other way. On the slight chance that you don't know some history/civics, remember a couple of things: 1. ALL of the major catastrophies inflicted on nations has been inflicted by their own governments. 2. The purpose of a constitution is to protect the citizenry from their OWN GOVERNMENT. 3. As you read #2 above, consider that your elected representatives are in office to serve their own needs (permanent re-election) and not to serve the needs of their constituents. And, in no case should there be laws that take money away from earners to transfer it to those who by their actions choose NOT to work. Nothing is more addictive than money given to people for nothing. I will vote for spending as much as necessary for defending and enforcing the Constitution of the US & in my estimation the Clinton's are the crowning glory in a steady chain of liberal/democratic socialists who have attacked the Constitution since FDR. "They" have not pulled any wool over anyone's eyes. Pay attention for a couple of more weeks and then tell me who has been manipulated and scammed; believers in enforcing the laws and upholding the ethics and morals of our society, or those who have continued for this entire decade to believe that the Clinton's have ANY morals at all. You will see. And the Constitution will be defended by Mr. Hyde and the nation will emerge stronger by ridding ourselves of this pestilence. Dave Walp
