Hi PJr, That's why across the board cuts work. Cut everything by more than needed and keep some for the fires that sprout up. Many firms trim the bottom 5 % every year. Weed out the weak and advance the great - SHEESH, sounds like running our government like a business. NAH , I didn't think I drank that much tonight! <smile> Great story and post - THANKS! Bob
