I made my 9 AM Saturday Costco (COST) trip yesterday and the lot was already as full as on Christmas Eve.... PACKED inside. My GF said they ran out of TP when she was there on Friday so she asked me to get her two packs and bottled water. Can't have her 90 yr old mother running out of essentials for quality of life... Packed aisles and I had to push to get to the back for the TP after I got my fresh organic veggies for the week. I think I got 2 of the last 10 packs of the Kirkland brand TP.
They don't want to say it on the financial news, but it is very obvious that they are selling down the market because of Bernie and the Democrats as well as the virus. The stocks that would be most affected by those commies are getting slaughtered. They probably figure now is as good a time to dump as any under the cover of the virus scare.
At the checkout a couple in front of me had THREE sacks of rice... and the guy in front of them had the cart filled with dried fruit and other similar items.

I asked the Costco checker if they expected the crowds and he said yes as it started a few days ago and they had their biggest day ever the day before (Friday.) I said I should consider the stock if it ever falls enough to not be "too expensive."

I still think half of it is FEAR the Bern will win the Dem nomination. Trump even seems to be taunting the DNC that they are going to rob Bernie again so more vote for Bernie. Trump knows he'll probably crush a socialist in the general election but a Biden or Little Mike could take him out.

Biden showed well in SC so if he does well on Super Tuesday, we could see a huge rally.
