Market Speculation as I've measured it since the 1980s plunged with the latest activity:



Note the same level of bullishness at the end of 2018.

How about the valuation of stocks?



Again, a similar pattern. P/E calcs show a drop from over 18 at the start of the year and last week brought it down to just 15. This had the effect of raising stock average yield from 2.1% on January 1st to 2.8% as of last Friday.

Risk is evaporating at a near record pace. Spending AIM's cash reserve when these signals have been bullish has usually been quite profitable.
